Fundraising on Behalf of Love, Sophia

 

Individuals, businesses, groups, and organizations interested in conducting a fundraiser benefiting Love, Sophia should contact us before representing an activity as an official Love, Sophia fundraiser or using our name, logo, branding, or other materials.

 

Unless specifically authorized, an independently organized fundraiser should not be represented as being organized, sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Love, Sophia.

Volunteer & Youth Participation

 

Volunteer opportunities may have different requirements depending on the activity involved.

 

Certain activities may require registration, parental or guardian permission for minors, supervision, training, waivers, or other safeguards.

 

Submitting a volunteer or Youth Ambassador interest form does not guarantee placement or participation.

 

Love, Sophia may establish or modify volunteer requirements when reasonably necessary to protect participants, families, volunteers, and the organization.

 

Soph's Hearts

 

Soph's Hearts allows participants to share the journeys of numbered hearts as they are passed from person to person.

 

Information, stories, and photographs submitted through Soph's Hearts may be reviewed before publication. Love, Sophia reserves the right not to publish, or to remove, submissions that contain inappropriate, unsafe, excessively private, misleading, unlawful, or otherwise unsuitable material.

 

Participants should not submit sensitive personal information, exact home addresses, private contact information, or information about another person that they do not have permission to share.

 

When submitting photographs, stories, or other content, you represent that you have the right or appropriate permission to submit that material.

 

User-Submitted Content

 

If you submit a story, photograph, message, testimonial, or other content for possible publication, you retain ownership of your original content.

 

By submitting content specifically for public sharing or publication, you give Love, Sophia permission to use, reproduce, display, and share that content for purposes reasonably connected to our charitable mission, website, programs, and communications.
